Child Abuse Hotline

The Child Abuse Hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with professional crisis counselors who, through interpreters, provide assistance in 170 languages. The Hotline offers crisis intervention, information, literature, and referrals to thousands of emergency, social service, and support resources. All calls are anonymous and confidential.

Family Outreach is a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to strengthening families and preventing child abuse and neglect.

Hope’s Door is a shelter and counseling center that offers comprehensive programs and services that are designed to help break the cycle of domestic abuse.

Hope’s Door provides direct intervention and prevention services to Texas families affected by domestic abuse in Collin County, Dallas County, and surrounding areas.
