The Collin County Council on Family Violence is an initiative of the Junior League of Plano (JLP). The Council is facilitated by the JLP and is made up of community leaders and social services professionals striving together to eliminate family violence in Collin County through a coordinated, comprehensive, effective effort which includes education, prevention, intervention, and seamless 24-hour assistance.
